Cinco De Mayo Workouts

Happy Cinco De Mayo!

We have 5 workouts specially designed for metabolic mayhem.

1 – 5 Min of….

Muscle Ups x AMRAP [as many reps as possible]

2 – 5 Rounds of….

5 rope climbs | 5 deadlift at 80% 1RM | 500 meter run [or row]

3 – 5 Rep Max Back Squat

then

5 Rounds: 50 double unders | 50 wall balls

4 – Five 5 Minute Rounds

5 Strict Pull Ups | 500 m Row | 5 Thrusters [115/75]

*rest 2-3 minutes between rounds

5 – Gun Show for Time

50 Dips | 50 Pull Ups | 50 Diamond Push Ups | 50 Chin Ups
