Rock the Bells: Kettlebell Month

October is kettlebell month at Brash Fitness.  All month long we will turn our attention to ‘mastering’ the bell and all it’s complexities….

Our movements of focus are: the clean and jerk, snatch, full get up, push press, windmill and swing.

This week we begin with learning a full kettlebell warm up, the clean, rack position and hip hinge.
